Paradisus Palma Real is a deluxe luxury all-inclusive hotel in Punta Cana providing a YHI Wellness Center, Royal Service, fine dining, three pools, casino and other services. The Paradisus Palma Real is a luxurious all-inclusive resort, ideal for couples and adults, but also for business travelers. In each and every one of the guestrooms even the smallest details have been carefully designed to offer a personalized experience and guarantee your full satisfaction.

The ASBA room rate is $265 per person per night for double occupancy or $345
per person per night single occupancy. The rates will be offered three days prior
and three days after the meeting, subject to availability and a two night deposit
will be charged to your credit card when booking the reservation.

The all-inclusive rates include: breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages, nightly shows
and all applicable taxes & gratuities. All-inclusive food & beverages severed at
hotel restaurants and room service. Please eat breakfast (In Gabi or Naos Restaurants) before you come down for the sessions on both Saturday and Sunday. We will have coffee service available throughout the morning sessions, but no food will be provided.

Restaurants on Property

You’ll need to make your own dinner reservations on Thursday & Friday nights. Cynthia will have the dinner reservation binder at the ASBA registration desk on Saturday & Sunday. You’ll need to fill out the sign up forms with Cynthia between 7am – 12:00pm on Sat. & Sun. for dinner reservations.

  • Olio (Italian – Family Concierge Exclusive Restaurant)

  • Bana Sushi & Bana Tepanyaki (Asian Fusion)

  • Gabi (International Buffet - Serves Breakfast & Lunch)

  • Vento (Mediterranean)

  • Hidro & Grill (American – burger, sandwiches)

  • Grab & Go (sandwiches)

The resort also has 9 bars on property and the ASBA has 3 reserved beach palapas so there our members should be able to find one another easily.

Airport Transfers

Just 15 miles or about 20 minutes from the resort, the Punta Cana International
Airport (PUJ) offers all major airline access. Taxi cabs are readily available for $35
per vehicle. You can also book a transfer in advance for $39.95 per vehicle for a
minivan with up to four adults. The most reputable company is Dominican Airport
Transfers at www.dominicanairporttransfers.com.

Travel

Important information about passport expiration dates and traveling to the Dominican Republic - we've been told it's good practice to renew a passport 8-9 months before it expires.

When you arrive in the Dominican Republic, you'll need to purchase a VISA (USD $10) - they only take US currency for this VISA so please be sure to have cash on you when you arrive to the airport.

Packing

Please bring your copy of any ASBA construction & maintenance manuals to reference when participating in the working sessions.

Dress Code – Resort Casual for all events (no jackets or ties required).

Weather – The average daytime temps are in the mid-80s and the average nighttime temps are in the mid-60s.

Spouse/Guest Hospitality

We invite all the spouses/guests to join us for on Friday afternoon from 4 p.m. -
5 p.m. in the Atenea meeting room. A representative from a local travel services will be visiting with you to answer any questions you might have of the resort or the surrounding area.
