2016 Technical Meeting in Amelia Island, Florida:
A Great Business Decision

Here’s your to-do list once the summer rush has passed:

1. Sign up for the 2016 ASBA Technical Meeting

2. Congratulate yourself on a smart business decision.

The Technical Meeting, to be held December 2-6 of this year at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation in Amelia Island, Florida, is everything you can ask for in a meeting – and here is why:

Great learning: Want to catch up on the newest techniques and news in sports facility construction, renovation and repair? You can find it here. The ASBA Technical Meeting has tracks with speakers who will address topics in tennis, track, field and indoor facilities, plus general business topics and other trending information. Many of our sessions are accredited for professional continuing points.

The best industry exhibit hall: ASBA’s Technical Meeting has a trade show with the products and services you want to learn about. Whether it’s brand-new, cutting-edge technology or longtime favorites, this is the place you want to be. Plus, since the exhibit hall is the site of receptions, breaks and some meals, you’ll have time to see what you want.

Excellent contacts: Catching up with longtime colleagues or making new contacts is something you can’t put a price on, and you’ll find it at the Technical Meeting. Between sessions, over a drink in the exhibit hall and during meals, you’ll have plenty of great opportunities.

A chance to have some fun: Options for tennis and golf outings mean the Technical Meeting isn’t all business – you can spend some time in good-natured competition with colleagues and competitors, and blow off some steam.

A nice backdrop: This year’s meeting will be held at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation, a luxury resort on 1,350 acres with a 3.5-mile private beach. The property features nine dining options, 54 holes of Pete Dye-designed golf, 23 Har-Tru tennis courts, a fully-equipped fitness center, a shopping village, pools and more. Not a bad place to unwind after a busy season!

Attending the meeting is not only a sound business decision, but one you’ll be glad you made, simply because of these and other opportunities. Mark your calendar now.
More information on this meeting, including announcements concerning the keynote speaker and the topics to be covered in the technical program, will be available soon.

Members will receive the brochure automatically; others can request to be added to the mailing list. Information will also be carried on the ASBA website, www.sportsbuilders.org.
